Építőipari cégek szervezeti és projektfelépítésének változása a gazdasági válság tükrében

The economic crisis made important changes in the construction companies’ organizational structures in Hungary. The crisis has retarded the output of the building industry considerably. The drop of the number of the start-up projects, and through this the number of the new jobs for the industry has caused the shortfall of the income, and has discharged human resources. To compensate the effects, the companies have achieved various optimization steps. The main reaction was the reduction of the number of the employees, which has influenced the organizational structure of the companies, and effected inner reorganization. In the realization of the projects of the building industry have happened important changes too. Compared to the previous years substantially less projects have started, the average volume of the start-up project also differs from the previous ones. Beside the decline of the private and public investments, the European Union-funded and supported projects have come to the front.
